Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma, college degree preferred. Three to five years of prior mortgage loan processing experience including experience with web based automated underwriting systems, Loan Origination systems and working with correspondent lenders. Government lending experience preferred but not required.

Position Description:
Assembles files and verifies all proper documentation in preparation for the underwriting of a mortgage loan.
