Qualifications:
These positions require a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience and a strong analytical skill set to manage a multitude of office support activities. In this position, a strong computer knowledge and base is required along with exceptional client and customer service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Position Description:
We are seeking Administrative Assistants to support Executive level business people in their daily office-related tasks and activities. Duties include: typing, editing, proofreading, document production, computer work, filing, client contact, scheduling and organizing meetings, department related activities, ability to multi-task, prioritization and organization of information, incoming/outgoing mail, and handling telephone calls.
