OFCCP Quietly Adopts New 'Tipping Point Test' for Pay Discrimination

Federal contractors that want to avoid on-site audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) should familiarize themselves with the agency's new "tipping point test." The OFCCP has started using this test to determine whether federal contractors with affirmative action plans might have pay practices that discriminate unlawfully.
