Pricing includes administration, scoring, a five page written report, and a verbal evaluation to the hiring manager. Candidates should allow 1 1/2 hours to complete the assessment.

Reliability Test

This assessment will aid in the selection of reliable workers and will screen out individuals not willing to work and those that are unconscientious and not committed. It is an untimed test that takes applicants about fifteen minutes to complete.

Personnel Test

This measures your applicant's ability to learn a job and provides interpretive data that indicates job potential, educational potential and training potential. It is one of the most widely recognized tests of general cognitive ability and has a proven track record of helping employers identify, select, place, train and promote qualified individuals. It takes 12 minutes to administer and is available in several versions which can be alternated each year. We guide you through the interpretation as part of our implementation service.

Behavioral Assessment

This is a non-threatening, self-validating assessment and feedback instrument that identifies four distinct types of behavior people use. The four behavior styles are dominance, influencing, steadiness, and cautiousness. This “Insight Profile” is beneficial in gaining commitment and cooperation, building effective teams, resolving and preventing conflict and gaining influence in an organization. This test takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Skills Test

This interactive skills evaluation is used in the hiring process to quickly verify whether job candidates have the necessary software skills. It is also used to assess the skill levels of current personnel to focus training and reduce training costs. Modules can be used to benchmark skills needed for particular positions, establish training needs or evaluate individuals for promotion. This test measures knowledge and skills for a wide range of the most commonly used Microsoft® software applications and can be self-administered via the Internet. We offer Standard and Expert level software skills tests that quickly and accurately measure an individual’s skills with common Microsoft Office programs.

Tests are interactive simulations with realistic interfaces that respond just like the actual software. The reports provide percentile scores for beginning, intermediate and advanced items.

Standard skills assessment modules have 30 to 35 items and take 20 to 35 minutes to complete. Expert modules contain 45 to 50 items and require 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
